Covered for any manufacturing defects under normal wearing conditions. In the event of uncertainty surrounding the cause of breakage, please be aware that once the item is in your care, it becomes challenging to know what occurred. Accidental damage without clear knowledge cannot be attributed to a manufacturing defect. Therefore, it’s essential to exercise honesty and acknowledge responsibility for any accidental damage that may occur during your ownership. This helps maintain transparency and ensures a fair assessment of warranty claims.
CARE INSTRUCTION
Our Australian sand & Gemstones jewellery that we make are not waterproof. Watch out for water damage.
We advise against exposure to excessive humidity or heat, as this may lead to condensation inside the glass enclosure and may have effect on the glass.
Many factors can influence the condition of jewellery :
- Do not wear in the shower or while washing or swimming.
- Please avoid spa and sauna use, and remove it while exercising.
- Avoid sleeping with your jewellery, as this will cause extra wear & tear.
- Always protect your jewellery from knocks, scratches & drops as this may cause substantial damage.
- Exercise caution to prevent excessive pulling on the chain, as it can snap and break.
- Strongly recommend storing our jewellery in a jewellery box while carrying in a bag to avoid any kind of damage.
We recommend storing it in a jewellery box or a fabric pouch and cleaning it with a soft cloth for optimal care.

Europe, including the UK and Switzerland: your piece carries a 2-year warranty from delivery against manufacturing defects. This matches the legal guarantee of conformity that applies in the EU, the EEA and Switzerland.
Everywhere else: your piece carries a 1-year warranty from delivery against manufacturing defects.
What the warranty does not cover: accidental damage that happens while the piece is in your care. That includes knocks, drops, scratches, crushing, water or heat damage, a chain snapped by pulling, and ordinary wear and tear. Please see the care guidance above — these pieces are not waterproof. Your statutory rights are not affected by this.
